Toldmark support

Email [email protected]. Include your app version, device and the message you saw. You do not need to send your recordings or stories.

A recording is not written out

The recording is kept either way; you can play it back or write the text yourself. On iOS or iPadOS 26, Apple's speech recognition may need its language download first (Settings, Voice and language shows it). On Android, the phone's own recognizer has to offer the language offline. The optional better speech model in Settings, Voice and language writes out Dutch and English on both.

A lightly edited text or a story cannot be made

Those need the model on the device: Apple Intelligence on iOS or iPadOS 26, or Gemini Nano on an Android phone that has it. The app says which applies. Transcripts, writing and export keep working.

Something did not save

Keep the page open. Your text stays there after a failed save so you can try again, and an interrupted recording keeps every part that was already saved.

Restore the unlock

1. Sign in with the Apple or Google account used for the purchase.
2. Open Toldmark, then Settings and Restore Purchases.

The unlock lifts the limit on kept stories. It does not restore notes or stories; your own backup file does. On the App Store Family Sharing is on, and refunds go through Apple's refund service; on Google Play through Google Play's order history.

Your notes and stories

Everything is stored on your device, without an account or an oomny recovery service. Make a backup file in Settings, Backup and restore. See the FAQ for details.
